Nagano Tokyu REI Hotel

This hotel is perfectly located right next to Nagano Station. The area is very walkable and contains many restaurants, bars, and retail shops. Zenkoji temple is a 10 minute bus ride away, and other attractions in the area are also convenient to access by bus or train.The hotel itself is pristine and comfortable, with easily-accessed laundry and other amenities.

The only challenge is that the price can fluctuate depending on the season; in particular, if there is a good snowstorm, the prices seem to increase quite a bit. This is common for the area, though, so it is not a major downside, just something to be aware of.

We had a wonderful stay here.The location is unbeatable, so close to the train station and a number of delicious restaurants (notably Al Dente) and fun, well priced bars (the Yamanoma Brewery and Pub).The rooms were clean, comfortable, and outfitted with lovely amenities. The walls were thick and we never had any trouble with hearing other guests, despite the hotel being full.The staff were outstanding - so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They really made a difference for us and made our time in Nagano what it was. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location and vaule is great! Plus the cancellation policy is quite friendly to the last minute changes.but if you come by car, there is no car lobby for you to offload your luggage. and the car parking is 2 blocks away

The bed matters can be better. its not only soft but lack of support, so my back getting uncomfortable after 2 night stays. Elevator is slightly slow and quite strange setup. only 1/2 Elevator can access the 1st/ground floor

It worked for what we needed which was just a few hours before catching a train but the rooms are quite small and there’s a huge step to enter the bathroom.

I didn’t hate anything but I didn’t love anything either.

Perfect location across from the station, super quiet room and neighbors, nice soft room carpeting, great staff and a fabulous breakfast! I worked for a Tokyu Hotel in Hawaii, this one has the same high standards! Would only stay here again.

A/C temperature was not steady at night, otherwise perfect!

We chose this hotel for the location. As we were doing many day trips from Nagano. We were hoping it to be nice and tidy. The hotel exceeded our expectations, cosy , friendly staff. They had a lovely station to grab tea and facial products for your room.And after a long day of traveling coming back to it being over the road from the station was amazing . And it was still in the heart of the city too with many shops around

Great Location. Clean rooms

The room was a little small for 3 people, not much space to put your luggage and clothes.

Wonderful hotel with great amenities and friendly, welcoming and helpful staff who go above and beyond to make your stay great. Perfect location across from the station and other transport to see local sights. Excellent breakfast at a very good price.

Everything was great

The first room was facing air conditioning motor wall. I called to change room only on the same floor and we were not compensated by a commercial gesture

Unbeatable location, just steps away from Nagano Station. You can actually access the hotel via B2 from Nagano Station if the weather in unfavourable. Staff was accommodating and helped provide us with additional cutleries that we requested for. Love the range of teas available!

The location is perfect for tourism. It is near a Nagano station and restaurant.The hotel is clean, comfortable and big room.All staff are good manners.Recommend to everyone to stay.

The drone/ fireworks event held in Nagano. The staff were very kind and helpful.The room was small but clean and comfortable.

There is something to be said for a large room right across from the train station. Makes it so convenient. This was an overnight stay. Seems to be around clubs so it was a little noisy. The windows did keep the sound out. Very clean. It did come with breakfast and decent selection but everything was very cold so it was an unappetizing.

It was hard to control the room temperature. No matter how I set the thermostat temperature, the heat kept going up to 24 C, which it too hot to sleep!
